Sub: Non-receipt of share certificate
Dear Sirs,
With reference to the offer of Equity Shares of your Company in terms of the letter of offer dated 11 January 2021 would like to inform you that I have not yet received my share certificate for 100 (one hundred) units @ Rs. 30 though the duly filled in prescribed form and the requisite money were deposited through your authorized bank…………within the due date.
Photocopies of the acknowledgement slip and the counterpart of the demand draft are enclosed herewith.
I hope you will kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps as early as possible.
